The Opportunity:
- Manage/refresh/Q&A/optimize Strategic Sales Analyst team-specific reporting/dash (i.e. GSS PBIs, OM/FA MBU reports, people discussions etc.)
- Partner closely with change management analysts to ensure upstream data quality and accurate reporting
- Works in partnership with the Business Analyst who owns sales strategy, and support that work via the data mining and building/maintaining the infrastructure for Blueprint/Resource models
- Works with the Sales Planning PM to manage all sales planning template creation/management, including and not limited to segmentation overrides, Bottoms Up/Top Client, BoB/Quota setting
- Owns all template Q&A and uploads at FY set
Skills Required:
- Technologies: SQL/Power BI (Mandatory)
- Knowledge of advanced MS Office tool suite a must - PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
- 4-7 years of business analytics related and related experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and resourceful
- Excellent analytical skills. Good communication skills. Comfortable with multitasking.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Power Pivot, Power Query etc.)
- Strong data analysis/data mining
- Critical thinking and strong attention to detail
- Proficient at Logic and Problem solving
- Python (Basic) (Nice to have)
