- Should have hands on experience of around 2-3 years on Nielsen Tool - Ability to work independently on Category & Customer analysis projects and leverage BI Reporting tools (tableau, excel, Etc.) for storytelling and sharing insights - Knowledge of consumer & distributor data like Nielsen, IRI, Management Science Associate (MSA), Panel, Etc. - Share detailed analysis looking at data through different lenses - Distribution, share, pricing, promotion, market study, competitive space, etc. - Provide actionable insights and business recommendations by identifying meaningful customer indicators & trends - Master and own the deliverables in the form of excel reports, tableau dashboards & PowerPoint presentations and send quality output in a timely manner - Work alongside of peers and inculcate best practices and elevate the team's ability to tackle business questions with value adds - Demonstrate an analytical bend of mind in all tasks/projects/collaborations - Design superlative templates, Develop and execute dashboards/ tools in a turn-key scalable format
