Brief job description Technical skill/Competencies :

1. Develop clear, concise, actionable insights and recommendations from multiple sources of structured and unstructured data.

2. Develop best in class presentation and visualization templates for both internal performance assessment and external clients using tools like PowerPoint and/or Tableau.

3. Apply big data/ machine learning techniques to identify and interpret trends from all forms of data

4. Manage end to end relationship with key strategic clients from understanding business requirements to delivery of analytical insights on a regular basis.

5. Partner with internal Technology teams to automate delivery of reports/insights to clients on a regular basis.

6. Work hands-on on various analytics problems and provide thought leadership on problems that we are working on.

Educational/professional qualification required :

Education in Management, Math, Engineering, Finance, Statistics, or related discipline.

1. 2-4 years- experience in driving business insights through large, complex data sets

2. In-depth knowledge and strong experience in data visualization/reporting software (e.g., Tableau)

3. Strong background in big data handling and statistical modelling (SQL, SAS, R, Python, Hadoop etc).

4. Prior experience of converting deep insights into commercial actions with measurable impact on the business.

5. Inquisitive mindset, with proven problem solving ability, and a passion for big data.

6. Strong verbal/written communication & data presentation skills

Soft skills/competencies :

1. Strong communication and presentation skills (oral and written)

2. Proficiency in Business Intelligence/ Analysis

3. Client Management

4. Ability to work in teams

5. Solve unstructured problems

Salary range:- 8 to 14 lacs per annum
