Business Analyst - Consulting Firm

Role summary:

We are looking for an ambitious individual with a positive and friendly attitude to join our CDO team. The individual

will have below responsibilities:

- Work with clients to identify and define business problems, develop hypotheses, and design solutions

- Analyze data from multiple sources to uncover insights that inform decision-making

- Develop models and frameworks to support the analysis of complex business issues

- Synthesize findings into actionable recommendations for client stakeholders

- Lead project teams in developing presentations and reports to communicate results and recommendations

- Participate in client meetings and workshops to present findings and facilitate discussions

- Collaborate with colleagues across different functions and geographies to ensure successful delivery of projects

- Support the development of new tools and methodologies to improve the quality and efficiency of our work

- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure timely completion of tasks

- Monitor industry trends and developments to stay abreast of best practices

- Mentor junior team members on technical skills and problem-solving technique

- Contribute to thought leadership initiatives by writing articles or presenting at conferences

Role specific technical competencies:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a business analysis role, preferably within a top management consulting firm or corporate strategy function.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Power Point and Knowledge of data analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau, is also preferred.

- Candidates should also be able to work independently and in a team environment.

- Finally, applicants should be able to demonstrate a strong commitment to professional development and adesire to learn and grow

Qualifications (training, licences, memberships, and certifications):

- Degree in a related field such as business, economics, finance, or accounting.
