Business Analyst/Consultant - Financial Services Firm

Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct data analysis and create reports to support decision-making across various departments within the organization.

- Develop and implement data models and predictive analytics to support business objectives.

- Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and identify opportunities to leverage data to achieve their goals.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and business value.

- Maintain data quality standards and ensure data accuracy across all reports and analysis.

- Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.

- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions.

Must have:

- Analytics experience of 2+ yrs in Financial Services industry.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong attention to detail.

- Must have working knowledge of SQL/Hive and Python.

- Familiarity with Hadoop and big other big data platforms.

- Willingness to assume extended responsibility.

- Should have expertise in data processing, time series, modeling packages and frameworks, Pandas, Scikit Learn.

- Should have at least 2+ years experience in Risk Modelling. Experience on Credit, Fraud and Collection.
