Responsibilities : - Work with the founders/cofounders on cross-functional projects which centre around solving for organisational growth. - Bring a structured thought process & approach to start up chaos & create repeatable playbooks- Be open to working on projects across Operations, Marketing & Business functions- Scope, prioritise & execute projects for delivering impact in a short period of time. - Work on short-term sprints & medium-term roadmaps and execute projects to enable business growth. - Be part of the growth journey and thus contributing to various operational aspects related to Founders office. - Work closely with investors/build investor relations to gather/analyse and present that data with great visuals thus to enable great investor relations. - Preparing business correspondence, meeting notes, agendas, and assisting o presentations. - Work with leaders to track sales, operation & product teams efficiency & team targets. - Prepare Memos, presentations, communication, company updates as required for the CEO's office. Essentials : - 2 to 5 years of experience within Consulting domain of working with CXOs or leadership. - Start-up industry is preferred but not mandatory. - Experience of internet-based industry is preferred but not mandatory. - Basic Understanding of Financial terminologies on P&L/Profile/Revenue/Margin/funding. - Excellent communication skills - both written & verbal. - Resilience & ability to function under demanding circumstances and high-pressure environment. - Eager to think outside of the box and creatively problem-solve. - Premium Pedigree is good to have.
