Business Analyst - Construction Firm

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct detailed analysis of business processes in the construction industry, leveraging strong Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

- Utilize advanced Excel functions and other analytics tools to extract, transform, and analyze data related to construction project performance, costs, and timelines.

- Develop and maintain complex Excel models for forecasting, budgeting, and project tracking purposes.

- Create comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate analytical findings effectively to key stakeholders.

- Lead process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities and implementing data-driven solutions.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, providing strategic insights for optimizing construction processes.

- Support project managers, engineers, and finance professionals with analytical support for decision-making.

- Provide hands-on training and mentorship to team members on Excel usage and analytics best practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors in Civil (Tier2/Tier3 College),

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the E-commerce/construction industry with a focus on analytics.

- Advanced proficiency in Excel.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
