Business Analyst - Commercial Vertical - Printing/Packaging Industry

The Business Analyst will work directly with Commercial Head to facilitate the formulation of company / BU strategy, analyze the impact of strategic decisions on company financials, as well as support tracking and review of actual performance on a monthly basis. Additionally, the business analyst will support the Commercial Head with implementation of company / BU-wide strategic initiatives.

Business Plan :

- Support preparation of Annual business plan with the help of cross function team based on corporate guidelines

- Support preparation of rolling plan at the end of each quarter based on current market trends

- Setup monthly review mechanism for review of performance

Business Facilitation and Performance Tracking:

- Periodic analysis of actuals and record variance to trigger corrective action

- Analyze sales and operational data at territory / product level; Highlight product cost changes

- Analyze fixed expenses

Strategic initiatives:

- Analyze the financial impact of new strategic initiatives and design implementation plan (targets, owners, activities, timelines etc.)

- Support the implementation and tracking of strategic initiatives - proactively identify roadblocks and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve them
