Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and proactive Business Analyst to join the CEO's office and play a pivotal role in driving strategic decision-making and operational excellence. As a member of our fast-paced startup environment, you will work closely with the CEO and executive team to analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide actionable insights to drive growth and success.

Responsibilities:

- Strategic Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitor landscapes, and industry benchmarks to inform strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities.

- Business Performance Monitoring: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track business performance and identify areas for optimization.

- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data, including revenue forecasts, cost structures, and budget variance, to support financial planning and decision-making processes.

- Operational Efficiency: Evaluate existing business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, and recommend solutions for streamlining operations and improving efficiency.

- Project Support: Provide analytical support for strategic projects and initiatives, including market research, business case development, and project management assistance.

- Data Insights: Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and trends, and present findings to executive stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and engineering, to align business objectives and drive coordinated efforts towards achieving company goals.

- Ad-Hoc Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc analysis and research as requested by the CEO and executive team to address specific business questions or challenges.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.

- 2-3 years of experience in business analysis or related roles, preferably in a startup or technology-driven environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate insights to executive stakeholders.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other data analysis tools.

- Self-motivated and proactive with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

- Passion for technology and innovation, with a keen interest in AI and its applications in enterprise solutions.
