Your Responsibilities & Impact:

- Work as a Business Analyst for Cards (Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Rupay Credit Cards on UPI & related unsecured loans),interacted with clients, solicited requirements ,and advised business users.

- Lead requirement analysis and create a business requirement document in partnership with product and other stakeholders. Get agreement from various stakeholders on the solution and design while complying with existing standards, guidelines, and processes.

- Propose alternate solutions to meet or improve the desired objectives-based on best role & responsibilities practices and industry solutions and influence the desired outcomes.

- Verify that the user requirements are achievable and support business users during the UAT and post-implementation phases.

- Understand the operational processes, prepare SOPs, and train the operations teams on the new platform/solution.

- Work closely with operations and other stakeholders for a smooth implementation and ensure BAU activities continue without interruption.

- Ensure Process Management Support.

- Maintain best practices across the industry.

- Remain organized and meet deadlines.

- Assessing customer feedback and using your creativity to establish, improve, and refine services.

- Maintaining positive relationships with customers.

Youll be a great fit if you have:

- 4 - 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst working on technically complex payments infrastructure and/or platforms.

- Strong knowledge in Cards Domain (Issuing in particular) across consumer & corporate cards.

- Expertise in card payment processing, settlement & clearing, common card system architectures, and interfaces.

- Proven track record of leading multiple successful projects in a fast-paced and complex environment including liaising with external third parties as necessary.

- Ability to break down and convey complex information to diverse audiences with varying levels of technical knowledge.

- Solution-focused approach and the ability to make objective decisions and recommendations.

- Familiarity with local & regional card regulations.

- Proficient at building relationships at all levels and influencing a range of senior stakeholders confidently, challenging decision-making to help drive continuous innovative improvements.

- Has worked with banks, card hosts, and networks to launch new card products.

- Are comfortable with a start-up environment.
