Experience - 2-5 years of experience. Understanding of card based payments and payment systems

Qualification - MBA/Post Graduate(Tier 1 will be prefered)

Position Overview

Job Summary / Accountability

- Liaise with Product and Sales team for creating customized card acceptance solutions

- Interface with service/solution providers/internal IT team for implementation of customized business requirements.

- Manage the project end to end to meet delivery timelines for new solution rollouts.

- Evaluate, recommend and implement new solutions to drive higher efficiency/ cost savings/customer experience

Key Relationships

- Managing the relationship with the service/solution providers/internal IT team

- Will be the one point contact for all internal requirements and systems enhancements

- Liaise with internal teams like Product, Sales, OCL, and Operations

- Reports to: Head - Product and New Initiatives, Merchant Acquiring Business
