Position: Business Analyst/Business Manager

Job Details:

The current opportunity is for their 'Fashion & Shopping Experience' Team in Bangalore. The hired employee will directly work with the VP, Fashion Team of the firm.

Need individuals who have:

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Strategy/ Consulting

- Strong Analytical Ability

- Understanding of Merchandising- Fashion

- Experience in eCommerce/ Retail

- The hired person would assist/lead projects in setting up and delivering on business plan for eCommerce business (apparel segment)

- Develop a roadmap for next phase of growth

- Work on critical business projects to optimize portfolio of products and channels and improve profitability

- Formulate research and competitive market reports to assist decision-making & strategy

Education and Experience Required:

- Engineering Graduates preferably from top IITs//NITs with a Masters degree from top IIMs

- 2-8 years of experience in Strategy/Consulting

- Previous experience in retail & eCommerce industry is an added advantage.
