Business Analyst- Business Intelligence in Capital Market, Investment banking  We are hiring Business Analyst in Business Intelligence project, this is a project based opening.  Job Description :  - Business Analyst with very strong BI projects  - Knowledge in the business intelligence retirement gathering and having knowledge of Securities Domain will be suited best.  - Some experience building reports in BI tools or data visualization software, specifically in Business Objects  - 3+ Relevant in BI projects  - This role requires a candidate with a strong data-oriented background and experience leading Business Intelligence and Analytics projects.   - The successful candidate will provide end-to-end project management from requirements gathering and analysis, through implementation, and post implementation support.   - Ideally, the role will contain data analysis, preparation, and requirements for Predictive models. The successful candidate will have an understanding of analytics and statistics concepts and will be able to gather, analyze, and prepare data for modeling.  - Knowledge of statistics, applied mathematics, or other quantitative disciplines  - Prior experience implementing predictive analytics / data mining oriented technology solutions  - Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. Must be comfortable presenting and create clear and concise written deliverables   Strong attention to detail :  - Ability to work independently and manage multiple activities to aggressive deadlines   - Self-starter with can-do attitude, and a strong client focus  - Project management experience  Skills Desired :  - Prior experience working with customer-centric data marts or other platforms used to prepare data for predictive analytics / data mining  - Experience with the CRISP Methodology for Data Mining  - Ability to perform statistical analysis, such as regression analysis   - Knowledge of Research, Investment Banking or Financial Services   - Minimum Bachelor's Degree, MBA or Masters Degree desired   - PMP or other Project Management training  Need someone with a techno functional capability with 7-8 years of experience.
