Business Analyst - CRM NEXT

Responsibilitie s:

- 7 - 11 years of business analysis experience in the CRM domain.

- Strong understanding of CRM functions - Sales, Service and Marketing, Customer 360 Degree View, Reports, BI, Campaign management, Relationship based Pricing etc. in Banks.

- Customer On-boarding & KYC knowledge is preferable.

- Detailed Understanding of CRM processes in Banks - back office, middle office and front office

- Strong exposure to CRM functions in Corporate/ SME/ Retail banks

- Have exposure to Relationship-based pricing, pricing catalogue design etc.

- Hands-on implementation experience of CRMNEXT Banking product.

- Desirable to have exposure to other CRM platforms like Microsoft CRM/Salesforce/Seibel/ SAP-CRM etc. in Medium to large size Banks

- Exposure to Solution architecting and design in CRM projects.

- Implementation experience in CRM area with focus on Case Management, Customer 360 Degree View, Sales and Service Enablement

- Experience with writing requirements for integrations between CRM application and other systems

- Knowledge of large scale implementations and best practices on requirement gathering, detailed, functional specification, optimizing solution design, providing functional support during all phases of testing for CRM projects

- Have worked on the new-age technologies associated with CRM like customer-centric analytics, Smart offers, Omni-channel integration etc.

- Customer on-boarding (Retail/ Corporate customer) & Product on-boarding

- Business Analyst with responsibility for end to end business analysis of CRM requirements, covering requirement analysis, preparation of functional specification document, contribute to solution design documents, and work along with development and test team to provide functional subject matter expertise.

- Practical experience in capturing client requirements, mapping processes, Requirements workshops, performing gap analysis, creating use cases/functional specifications, conducting hypotheses based analysis, creating business cases, evaluating processes and presenting process solutions

- Experience in IT Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing

- Deep understanding of the project life cycle

- Able to play catalyst role between business and IT

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills that ensure business requirements and challenges are addressed timely

- Able to work under pressure to achieve the timetabled deadlines for delivery to clients

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, and manage multiple task assignments

- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

- Ability to work as part of a cross-cultural team including flexibility to support multiple time zones when necessary

- Ability to develop client relationships and comfortably interact with senior level clients

- Strong work ethic with a commitment to client service excellence

- Flexible to travel

- Bachelor's degree (Master's level degree in Business/Management highly preferred)
