Job Descriptions:
- Supporting the development of long-term organizational strategy.
- Develop and review project deliverables to drive and manage quality project delivery
- Create Case studies, deliverables repository and other documentations for a comprehensive project knowledge bank.
- Identify opportunities and assist with business development through stake holders' engagement, proposal development etc.
- Financial Model and presentation development are generally the key deliverables.
- Undertake project management to ensure that the multiple works streams are on track and per timelines and budget
- Conducting research and analyses of operational effectiveness, processes, stakeholders, etc.
- Aligning departmental goals, processes, and resource allocation with the organizational strategy.
- Assessing market trends and competitors.
- Presenting findings, projections, and recommended actions.
- Planning, implementing, and managing proposed recommendations and projects.
- Monitoring and reporting on projects.
- Supporting and guiding senior executive decision-making processes.
- Guide business stakeholders to gain acceptance / sign-off despite competing objectives.
