Business Analyst - BFSI

Job description

- Understand the client's business needs, bring together their requirements.

- Requirement gathering, requirement analysis, drafting business requirement document.

- User story creation, participate in different agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review & sprint retrospective), opportunity identification / discovery / story exploration sessions / product demos.

- Gap analysis, impact analysis and publish to-be business process flows

- Walk-through sessions with development / testing team, test case review.

- Liaison between the business, technology and other groups for seamless roll out of the project Co-ordination with on-shore team on daily basis.

- Planning & tracking of project deliverable using agile (Epics, story exploration, task creation), monitoring using MS Excel, JIRA, Confluence.

- Provide pre and post production deployment support.

- Worked on SWIFT, ISO 8583, .

- Cards (Core Payments, Settlement,)

- Hands on experience on Agile methodology.
