Business Analyst - BFSI

Mandatory Skillset

1) Business Analyst with having Capital Markets and IB experience

2) Education - CFA level 1 or MBA Finance or FRM Certification preferred

3) Strong Analytical skills & very good communication skills

4) Experience level of the candidates to be between 1 - 5 years

5) Strong working knowledge of any two Financial products/ areas like FX, Derivatives, Equity, Stocks, Options, Prime Brokerage, Wealth Management

Additional Skillset ( Any one or more of the below) :

1) Trade Reporting & Regulatory

2) Alteryx /Power BI

3) Credit Risk & Market Risk Models with prior experience in Risk project

4) Exposure in Corporate functions, Budgeting process, Variance analysis, Resource management

5) Documentation experience in BCBS 239 for NSFR

6) NSFR - Experience in system/business implementation of NSFR & Target Operation Model
