Business Analyst - BFS

Job Description :

- Responsible for business requirements gathering, in-depth analysis, ensuring the creation of supporting documentation e.g. Business Requirements Document, Functional Specification Document, Wireframes.

- Support design and conceptualization of new business solution options and articulate identified impacts and risks.

- Collaborate effectively with vendors, developers, technical architect, business users & quality analysts to implement business requirements and manage timelines.

- Create and maintain project schedules by developing project plans and specifications, estimating time and resources, monitoring milestone completion, tracking all phases of the project lifecycle.

- Lead and conduct functional testing thereby responsible for certification of product release before user acceptance.

- Maintain global consistency for solutions and technical implementations.

Total and Relevant Experience :

- 9+ years- experience (5+ years as Domain Expert and managing projects/ implementation team.)

- Experience in Debt, Equities, Derivatives, Mutual Funds, Finance and/or banking domain a must.

- Good understanding of major relational database management systems Oracle, Postgres, MS SQL etc.

Competencies & Personality Traits :

- Good communications skills, written and verbal.

- Strong Business Analytical skills and delivery focus backed with good management, communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.

- Experienced in managing stakeholders across business units and functions.

- Ability to translate ambiguously defined objectives into concrete actions and deliverables and manage their execution. Ability to look beyond the stated objectives.

- Self-starter and can persistently follow-up.

- Formal training in Project Management, a plus.

Qualifications : BTech / BE (Computers), MCA, Masters in Engineering

Age : 28 - 38 years
