Key skills required:

The candidate should have adequate exposure in managing projects in atleast 1 of these areas - operations/finance/capital markets/technology/Advisory or cross functional domains.

- Operations: Handling/managing in areas of Middle office Equity/FID, Core Ops, Data management, Ops control, operations risk

- Finance: Product control, Business & Corporate MI, Operational Expense Mgmt, Tax, Treasury, ESS, System Control

- Risk: Market and Credit risk o Capital Markets: Vendor identification and assessments, Street side set ups, Tax & Regulatory aspects, Comprehensive test methodology and Business go-live

- Technology: IT process transformation, define & deploy best practices (SDLC), metrics and partner with IT on enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives.

- Strategy & Advisory services: Experience in market research, should have conducted analysis using quality management tools like six sigma, LEAN etc, conducting front office analysis and involving self in global strategic initiatives

- Proven track record in business analysis, including gathering and documenting business requirements, functional specifications and test scenarios.

- Ability to translate and document business concepts
