Business Analyst - BFS

Our client is a reputed Family Office. For one of promoters, we are looking for a Business Analyst to work from Nariman Point office. The broad responsibilities will be as follows :

Responsibilities and Achievements :

 Business Planning: 

- Key role in driving the Strategic Planning, Budgeting & Forecast processes - across relevant functions & cost-centres.

Financial Modelling: 

- Financial evaluation and decision support for all business proposals considering market scenario, key risk areas, company objectives and other factors

Sector Analysis :

- Competition analysis and benchmarking based on the published result for key financial and non-financial parameters of various business segments. Responsible for key sector updates, evaluating trends, highlighting the unusual numbers and identify areas for improvement

MIS Support : Design and prepare high quality management reports & Board meeting presentations on monthly/quarterly performance to facilitate the communication of revenue numbers, operational & financial parameters and other metrics critical to keeping the business on track with planned results

Strategy Formulation & Execution : 

- Facilitate senior management in strategy formation by gathering and analysing pertinent financial and operations information. Implement the business strategy by translating it into a detailed financial and operational plan to drive results

Business Monitoring : 

- Conduct periodic reviews on key performance indicators (KPI) of delivery teams, understand key variances to plan, and track the timely closure of action items. Communicate - early warning- signals to ensure the organization stay on track with its financial and operational goals

Experience and Qualifications :

- MBA with atleast 3 to 5 years

- Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience who can join within 1 month
