Business Analyst

1. Requirement analysis and design : Responsible for Functional Requirements Specification, Operations Process Design of Business user requirements. Ensure that Requirements are captured "First Time Right" from the user and translated into cost effective, efficient TO-BE processes by reducing process redundancies and deficiencies.

2. Functional Solution creation : Work with the vendor to define the functional solution for the business problem. Signoff on the vendor solution document ensuring that the same can be implemented and will address the requirements as defined by the sponsor.

3. Delivery Certification & Quality Management : Ensure UAT's are conducted in a through manner and the same translates to quality deliverables. Prepare test plans to ensure complete system functionality is tested. Prepare test plan to consider all business scenarios to be tested. Document the test data along with the test results to ensure resolution of the error and its impact on any other related functionality. Intimate all concerned about the testing results. Obtain the requisite sign-offs from audit/user/technology for the change/patch/bug fix to be moved to production Also ensuring necessary system / operational controls are laid down in order to ensure zero defect rollouts.

4. Production Support : Provide functional support for applications being managed. Analyze problems which are encountered in the production environment. Ensure Over all functional support for enhancement, errors, maintenance and production support for applications being managed. Planning and Scheduling production support activities. Bug fix resolution, UAT and implementation, SFR tracking and reporting

5. Interaction with Vendor, Business, BTG project resources for day to day operations

- Work closely with the various teams to ensure deliverables are on track.

6. Progress Reporting : Monitor the project for task / schedule slippages. Report to the project manager any potential slippage in tasks for suitable action. Prepare project MIS to track, report and monitor the project. Agreement on Requirements.

- Project Schedule Slippages

- UAT and Production BUG

- Technical domain understanding across Banking Applications, especially Oracle's OFSAA Application.

b. System functional knowledge, related banking/process knowledge and relate skills viz: Analytical, Documentation, Communication

c. Exposure to Various product lines mentioned "Credit Risk', "Risk Weighted Assets", "Basel II / Basel III", "Standardised Approach", "Excpected Credit Loss (ECL)", "Risk Estimation and Pooling", etc

b) System functional knowledge, related banking/process knowledge and relate skills viz: Analytical, Documentation, Communication

c) Good Exposure to domains of banking

d) Performance Tests / Benchmarks, Integration with Autosys, TNG, etc. related tasks.

e) Constantly identify initiatives to improve process efficiency and TAT's.
