Key Deliverables

1. Analysis & Reporting

2. Managing the Reporting & Analytics team, conceptualizing and designing reports/analysis to gain insights into customers usage and identify revenue opportunities.

3. Analyze data across all verticals in the organization to come up with actionable insights and ecommendations.

4. Communicate results and business impacts of insight initiatives to stakeholders within and outside of the company.

5. Identifying New Opportunities & Trends

6. Proactively analyzing the consumer data and identifying new business and product opportunities and trends.

7. Generate actionable customer insights to facilitate the creation of new products and services.

8. Create strategic roadmap and business cases to enter into new product lines for business.

9. Anticipate future demands of initiatives related to people, technology, budget and business within your department and design/implement solutions to meet these needs Modelling

10. Developing Predictive Models, to manage the existing models.

Managing the existing modelling team and continuously streamlining their approach and efforts to maximize the benefits.

11. Conceptualize and define key metrics to track all functions within the organization.

Big Data Managing the Big Data initiative of the organization for the commercial team - including developing the use cases, developing the solutions with the IT team, UATs and implementing them.

12. Build, develop and maintain dashboards and performance metrics support that support key business decisions.

13. Implementation of a new Data warehousing/reporting system.

14. New Requirements/modifications

15. Interacting with product teams and initiating new requirements preparation and review of business specifications coordinate with business teams and IT teams to ensure timely reporting.

16. Develop and review process checks/system checks to monitor data accuracy.

17. Ensuring data accuracy.

18. Lead cross-functional projects using advanced data analytics to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities.

19. Core competencies, knowledge and experience

20. Have excellent quantitative skills and analytical ability

21. Recruit, train, develop and supervise analysts/employees

22. Designing the technical framework of models and guiding the team to execute it.

23. Coordinating the project requirements with IT teams, business managers

24. Ability to manage and guide a team of highly skilled and technically qualified analysts and modellers

25.Understanding of IT systems and architecture, technology and new developments in the field of Big Data, Data warehousing and management

26. Must have technical/professional qualifications

27. Master's degree in economics, finance, statistics, mathematics, engineering or management from premium institutes with 4 to 18 years of relevant experience

28. Experience with advanced statistical data analysis and modelling techniques including regression and Forecasting

29. Strong consultative skills in addition to the quantitative ability

30. Experience in data warehouse implementation and analysis in large organizations

31. Excellent knowledge of data warehousing concepts and programming including OLAP tools such as Business Objects, SAS, SPSS etc.

32. Ability to manage large teams, multiple business users and IT

33. Hands-on experience in business intelligent tools Tableau, Power BI, Qlik view, Data science R, Python and SQL server.
