Business Analyst - BFS

Job Requirements:

- Engineering graduate, with a B.E./B.Tech Degree

- Ability to work through unstructured problems and provide data driven actionable insights

- 6-12 months work experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment

- Proven analytical & quantitative skills with an ability to independently analyze and work on unstructured problems

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Proven ability to define effective, efficient, and scalable processes and drive continuous improvement through root cause identification and defect elimination

- Experience with working on SQL, Python/R, Excel, VBA and PowerPoint would be desirable
