Business Analyst - Banking & Financial Services Domain - Global Consulting Firm

Our Client, a Global Consulting Firm, is looking for a Business Analyst with experience in the Banking and Financial Services sector, to join their team. The consultant will support the analysis of problems and related design tasks. They will be responsible for a more exploratory analysis and design. In particular, during the pre-initiation and initiation phases or design work requiring specialist business or functional knowledge.

- Business flow creation and optimization

- User stories and business requirements documentation

- Support in UAT Testing

- Support in operational readiness

- Support in Release Management

- Track operational benefits and support in risk management

- Change propagation and training support

- Conduct impact analysis

Key skills and experience needed:

- 5-8 years of experience in Business Analysis

- 4-year degree in IT

- Experience in Banking and Financial Services is a must.

- Should have led/played a significant role in end-to-end digital transformation programs in Agile environments
