Business Analyst - Aviation Domain

Location - Bangalore, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad, Noida, Kolkata

Experience - 4 - 7 Year

Salary - Up To - 14.5LPA

MUST HAVES :

- Business analysis

- Must be aware of terminologies direct flight, No Show, Go Show, EMD, MCO

- Any 1 GDS is mandate (global distribution system - example sabre/AMADEUS/WORLD SPAN/GALILEO ETC)

Description :

- Business Analyst with Airline /Aviation Domain.

- Basic knowledge on Airline Travel (PNR, Ticket, EMD, Remarks, PNR Fields - Phone, Name, Itinerary etc.)

- Hands on experience in any one of the GDS and should be able to demonstrate the knowledge during the interview.

- Data analysis / Big data knowledge - Not as a developer, at least as a tester. (Require to-run queries in DB with combining of multiple databases & Joins)

- Should have a hands-on experience in Micro services, API. (Required to understand the mapping between data and xml)

- Should have production support and employee travel experience.

- Should have knowledge in Jira, Confluence & Agile tools Should be good in SAFe Agile (They do not have now, but future they will move towards Safe Agile) PO certification is a plus.

- Should be comfortable with flexible working hours.

- Required overlapping between Australia, UK & USA.

- Resource should poses excellent communication skill.

- Resource should be able to participate in GDS discussions (All those GDS jargons should be known and have to suggest the process improvements)

- Self-learner and Self-starter.
