Business Analyst - Auto/Manufacturing

Looking for Business Analyst who will focus on analyzing business processes, identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability. The role is to gather and analyze data, create reports, and provide insights that drive informed decision-making within an organization. They will work closely with various stakeholders, including management, users, and cross-functional teams, to bridge the gap.

The role requires requirements gathering for new project implementations, and process reengineering. It will involve supporting the Director with their administrative tasks while also contributing to strategic decision-making through data analysis and business insights.

- Qualifications: Engineering background with MBA from Tier-2 institute

- Experience: 2-3 yrs in the Business Analyst role
