Business Analyst - Analytics - eCommerce

One of the leading E commerce Organization is looking For Experienced Analytics professionals for the role of Sr. Business Analyst to be based out at Bangalore Location.

Role- Business Analyst

Experience- 1-3 years

Qualification -A bachelor's degree at a well-regarded institution in an analytical field (e.g. Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Finance)

Master's degree / MBA desired

The candidate will be skilled at analyzing data, identifying trends, extracting conclusions, and presenting findings in a simple and clear manner. Affinity to problem solving, proficiency with Excel and other data tools (e.g SQL) are required.

Key responsibilities

- Publish weekly metrics reports in order for business teams to take proactive actions to improve customer experience.

- Provide support on long-term planning.

- Support complex analysis and projects

- Support management team in metrics understanding and analysis

- Be able to turn around data analyses and iterate to understand root cause

- Proven analytical and quantitative skills (including proficiency with tools such as Excel and Access) and an ability to use data to back up assumptions and develop business cases.

- Experience analyzing data with strong statistical, quantitative modeling, and forecasting skills.
