Business Analyst - Analytics

Job Purpose:

You the recruit will be responsible for providing in-depth research (mostly secondary with some amount of primary) and analytical solutions to clients.

Responsibilities:

Execute Analytics projects which could include:

- Sales Analytics - sales force effectiveness, product recommendation engines, sales forecasting, compensation modeling etc

- Marketing Analytics - Across the customer life cycle - building acquisition models, x-sell, upsell models, campaign Analytics, portfolio management strategies, retention models

- Independently interact with client to understand requirements and provide updates

- Define a Analytics plan and a delivery schedule

- Deliver outputs and communicate project progress to all stakeholders

Skills/Qualifications:

- Masters- in Business Administration (MBA) from a reputed B-school/ Postgraduate in Statistics/ Mathematics/Economics/ Graduate of Engineering.

- Previous experience of 0-3 years in data based consulting, analytics, primary research, financial research, social research is preferred

- Ability to work in unstructured & demanding project situations

- Good problem structuring skills, ability to rapidly grasp new concepts/industry, ability to prioritize activities and take accountability for deliverables

- Excellent verbal & written communication skills (English)

- Expertise in R/Python

- Proficiency with PowerPoint and MS-excel
