Business Analyst - Advisor Platform

Responsibilities:

- Perform analytics on user data with the objective of driving revenues and improving user experience

- Utilize statistical tools to identify trends and user behaviors as basis for strategic/product planning

- Develop analytical capabilities within the personal finance and automobile space to drive better synergies with other internal stakeholders

- Leverage on data to drive user engagement and deepen relationships

- Assist business and product teams with collation and updating of all reports for the business

- Support business head to monitor risk-related items including periodic reviews

- Prepare minutes from strategic team meetings and perform the necessary follow up

- Perform MIS and pipeline tracking

- Strong analytical and reasoning skills

- Self- Driven, delivery focused and possess strong communication, influencing and presentation skills

- Being in the early stages of Product development, you should be flexible and adaptable to fast-paced environment

- Be able to understand the needs of different business stakeholders and collaborate effectively across departments

- The Business Analyst position will be part of founding team that provides deep data insights and decision support tools to business teams

Requirements

- Engineering/MBA Degree with at least 2+ years of experience.

- In-depth experience analyzing data and creating reports, quantitative modeling and bring meaningful insights skills - Mandatory

- Previous experience working with high traffic sites(10 million+ monthly) - Preferred

- Genuine excitement and passion for developing and analyzing large data sets and converting them into insights that drive business decisions at all levels of the organization

- Able to understand the implications of data analysis and build a strategic story from this data

- The ideal candidate has strong experience working with all different stages of data analysis: data querying, building reporting, running ad-hoc analysis, building dashboards, presenting insights to leadership teams

- Candidate should be a self-starter that can crunch the numbers, identify trends that connect to the big picture, partner with senior stakeholders, and communicate effectively with associates to drive significant strategic initiatives

- Good proficiency on excel, PowerPoint and SQL database
