Business Analyst - Accounting/Tax Domain

Roles & Responsibilities

- Ability to elicit requirements from stakeholders

- Ability to organize requirements as use cases

- Ability to translate and simplify requirements

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Ability to conduct cost-benefit analysis

- Should have good exposure to Accounting / Tax Domain

- Should have worked as part of Agile Scrum teams as proxy product owner

- Should be familiar with solutioning and estimation methodologies

- Should have a good understanding of systems engineering concepts

- Should have good written and verbal communication

Skills - Should have good problem-solving skills

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or Chartered or Cost Accountant

- MBA finance if a graduate.

- 5+ years of work-ex in an IT Services environment

- Should be a go getter.

- Any ERP exposure will be an added advantage.
