Business Analyst - Account Management Edtech
Job Description:
- Work with our field teams to design and implement robust monitoring and evaluation mechanisms.
- Prepare meticulously drafted progress reports (documents and slide decks) to share with clients and donors
- Provide inputs to products and solutions, implementation, and BD team for improvement in product, programme management, and proposals/programme design, respectively
- Facilitate project logistics to ensure invoicing, account management (CRM), and project repositories are up to date
- Help our Business Development team successfully retain and upsell/cross sell our clients on other products/projects
- Supporting Manager in client engagement/delight by assisting in the preparation of case studies, articles, and working papers to document the impact of our programme on end beneficiaries
- Build MIS and pitch decks for monthly reporting to investor, Support finance team during audits
Requirements:Educational Qualification:- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration - Finance, Data, Engineering preferred
Experience Required:
- 5-7 years of work experience, preferably in the social impact and/or educational sector. Should be comfortable setting up and leading a small team
- Experience of donor management/client delight
- Experience in business analytics - working with large data sets

- Visualising and communicating information: We want to delight our clients with the reports we share. For this, we need someone with exemplary written communication, an eye for high-quality document, understanding of M&E, and designing excellent slide decks.
- Meeting deadlines: Project monitoring and evaluation is a perpetual process and reports need to be sent to clients periodically. We need someone who is efficient and meet deadlines.
- Creating and implementing systems: M&E work needs to be structured and systemic. We want someone who can create and maintain meticulous repositories, share standardised reports like clockwork, and make sure that logistical requirements like invoicing are carried out without a hitch.
