- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, handling multiple stakeholders and collaborating across departments.

- Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies, requirements elicitation techniques, and process modelling.

- Proficiency in using collaboration tools like Figma, Sketch, or similar software for creating wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes.

- Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into practical solutions.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at various levels of the organization.

- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple projects simultaneously.

- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and the ability to work closely with development teams.

- Knowledge of testing and quality assurance processes, including user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Experience in industries such as technology, finance, healthcare, or e-commerce is a plus.

JD:

- Someone with good inference skills i.e. should understand the product well and then document the customer requirements

- Understand the customer requirements to existing products with minimum customization

- The product would be ready, so will have something to see and refer to

- Good communication skills are important

- As we work in the construction (EPC) domain, someone with that experience would be a value add.

- A Civil Engineer (BE, BTech, MTech) with knowledge in Business Analysis would be a good candidate

Responsibilities:

- Creating Technical Proposal presentation decks (PowerPoint), based on the high-level requirement shared by the prospects / Leads

- Review and Analysis of the high-level tech requirements, identifying business needs and determining solutions to business problems

- Collaborating with the Consultant and Dev team, Dev Ops, and Marketing teams in working towards suitable responses to customers' RFPs/RFIs/RFQs.

- Ability to recognize develop and evolve the business and functional requirements on a client-to-client basis.
