1. Track business performance based on various business parameters

2. Work closely with multiple publishers to understand target audience, derive trends and perform behaviour analytics

3. Understand usage patterns & preferences to work on data clusters or buckets for performing marketing campaigns

4. Closely work with Strategy & Business teams and update them with key parameters on regular basis

5. Creating Strategic Management Reports & Weekly presentations to be made to the management for all the products showcasing the performance & trends

6. Lead MIS team and ensure timely delivery for MIS to product managers and to the client

- Weekly Service Delivery reports

- KPI reviews and circle feedback

- Performance Benchmarking

- Performance Improvement Analysis and Root Cause Analysis

- Ensuring Process and reporting Standardization

- Performance reviews with Functional Heads
