Should be able to create new screening models as well as modify existing screening models. - Owning the functional data &amp; reporting dashboards, becoming a subject matter expert through ownership and support of the reporting and analysis - Prepare and assist with the preparation of key business/financial analysis to be presented to senior management and other key stakeholders. - Partnering &amp; managing key functional projects - Supporting various teams on M&amp;A, Project agreements, review of PPA, EPC contracts, NDA and Legal contracts etc. - Due diligence - Provide Deviation lists of NDA, PPA, EPC, Term Sheet and assist/Lead in EPC Contract closure. - Running of PwC screening model of the company to determine and provide inputs as to whether we can proceed with a company or not. - Preparing final investment notes, IRR analysis of existing project and present to various stakeholders - Strategy Deck, Centre of Excellence work, financial modelling, contract structuring - Market Analysis, Sales Support - Process tracking, Sales Review Tracking, meeting / MoM tracking - Ability to work in a regional and/or international environment - Experience of working in renewable energy, Oil and Gas sector will be preferred. Requirements: - A minimum of 3-5 years related finance experience - Bachelor's degree in Engineering/finance/accounting/economics and MBA or Chartered accountant. - Work to tight schedules but flex accordingly as business requirements change your priorities. Be able to manage conflicting priorities, prioritize transparently, and communicate openly to ensure constructive and positive outcomes - Excellent communication skills - both oral and written, with the ability to adjust to multiple audiences and the confidence to present to and influence senior management - A passion for working in a collaborative team environment - Critical Thinking and problem solving - proven ability to work through complex problems and analyses in providing a thoughtful concrete solution - Motivation and self-drive - excited by tackling challenges and pro-actively finding new ways to provide value to senior leadership - Advanced Excel skills and/or experience with other analytical tools (Such as Tableau, Alteryx, etc.)
