Business Analyst

We are looking for an analytical and sharp mind to join us as a Business Analyst. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing the various data output points and help the various departments via the MIS team in creating dashboards for each department. The candidate will be responsible for identifying key data points that facilitate decision making for the complete business solution. The candidate will be part of the CEOs office and therefore play a major role in decision making driven by data. Individual must possess Excellent Communication Skills.

Key Deliverables:

- Streamlining operations processes to improve efficiency and decrease costs.

- Working on creating and developing training modules

- This task will require active collaboration with various teams like technology, sales, delivery, etc.

- The candidate will be expected to identify training opportunities for various internal and external stakeholders and design modules for executing the same.

- The training calendar will be the candidates responsibility and his KPIs will be based on how successful the trainings have been for the stakeholders.

- Candidate will also be responsible for data analysis as part of the CEOs office.

- This task will primarily be focused on identifying business opportunities that the company can focus on in the present and near future.

- Identifying industry trends

- Helping various business teams identify gaps and problems based on data analysis.

- Candidate will also be responsible for modifying or developing business metrics as part of various business dashboards and MIS.

Education:

- MBA preferred

Profile:

- 2+ years of overall working experience

- Excellent verbal + written skills to effectively communicate with various stakeholders

- Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and other technical information, solve problems, evaluate systems, and create solutions

- Ability to handle ambiguity and multi-task effectively

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
