Business Analyst

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with key stakeholders across various departments to gather detailed requirements, analyse current business processes, and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Conduct thorough research and in-depth analysis to understand business needs, market trends, and customer challenges, leveraging data-driven insights for informed decision-making.

- Document business processes and requirements utilizing industry-standard methodologies (e.g., UML) with exceptional clarity and conciseness.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive business process models and flowcharts to visualize operations, identify potential bottlenecks, and support process improvement initiatives.

- Partner effectively with IT teams to translate business requirements into clear and actionable technical specifications for software development projects.

- Support the implementation of new solutions, ensuring successful roll-out and alignment with business needs and organizational goals.

- Analyse data and generate insightful reports to measure the effectiveness of newly implemented processes and solutions.

- Remain current with industry best practices and emerging technologies impacting business analysis.

Qualifications :

- 0-5 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or a related field (prior experience is a plus, but exceptional candidates with a strong academic background will be considered).

- A degree from a prestigious institute and a demonstrably strong academic background are highly desirable.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to tackle complex challenges.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively bridge the gap between business and other functions.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with business process modeling tools (a plus).

- A keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively while meeting deadlines.
