- Work closely with business heads to provide analytical support in Ongoing & New Business Projects

- Generate and automate the critical and confidential reports, maintenance of organization chart & creation of presentations.

- Maintaining historical database for all the products as per the requirement of business heads.

- Responsible for variable payments within the organization i.e. Performance Incentive & Sales Payout.

- Publishing of Monthly RM Awards and taking care of rewards for the same;

- KRA Reporting : Responsible for making and tracking KRAs of the team;

- Preparing Presentations

- Working closely with the business heads to provide analytical support and mature handling of sensitive data.

Salary offered: 12 - 15 LPA
