We are hiring for our International Financial Services Client

Role : Business Analysis Consultant - BFSI Domain

Work Location : Bangalore

Work Experience Range : 6 years- 10 years

Shift timings : 1:30 PM-10:30 PM IST

Notice period : 0-60 days

Essential Skills/Qualifications:

- Automation tool, writing the codes using the Xceptor tool with Business Analysis experience

- Relevant years : 5/6 + using Xceptor tool+ Business Analysis

- Relevant work experience from International BFSI domain is mandate

Responsibilities :

- Design and document new business requirements to drive change or enhancements.

- Perform impact assessments to understand the impact on Operations, across all front-office assets

- Drive delivery of all project deliverables including business case, requirements, project planning, testing, implementation, and closing.

- Identify, analyse and manage risks, issues and interdependencies, escalating as necessary and ensure project tasks are completed according to established timelines

- Ensure that project delivery is carried out according to the defined scope.

- Appropriate tracking and monitoring are imposed throughout the implementation and post successful completion.

- Collaborate with Technology and Operations teams to deliver optimal solutions

- Maintain up to date working knowledge of the industry and ensure that the organizations interests are taken into account.
