Head- Marketing


Manage promotions and marketing activity for operational stores and new stores to drive revenues and margins. Drive new product development basis consumer preferences to increase wallet share. Increase contribution of Alternate Business Channels to the total revenue. Build and consolidate brand across social media and in areas where we are presence.

Driving Sales and Margins :

- Drive sales for new stores, under-performing stores, building loyalty programs for becoming the outlet of choice, Alternate Business Channels, new product developments, Promote marquee products or high margin products through multiple channels, corporate tie-up, revenues through Alternate Business Channels

Strategic Initiatives :

- Drive Strategic initiatives to drive brand visibility and operational excellence across the marketing function, eventually impacting the sales, profitability, number of repeat customers and average daily transactions,

Brand Index :

- Improve brand index across social media, ATL and BTL marketing to increase brand visibility, optimal utilization of the marketing budget by utilizing resources efficiently.

New Product Development :

- Conduct market research and review competitor, understand products which are major sales drivers, Conduct consumer preference analysis, Ensure the quantity numbers of products are launched in a calendar year.
