Burman Hospitality - Business Associate/Business Analyst - Corporate Planning & Strategy

Primarily, the position is responsible for driving profitability and customer experience by directly influencing the development, planning and execution of business operations,

- Should have good communication skills and influencing skills, clear thinking with structured communication.

- Should have strong financial acumen, experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: Excel, Power BI, Domo, and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, Navision)

- Provide analysis against budgets and previous periods, identifying risks and opportunities and effectively communicating results to senior leadership

- Support month-end close and financial operating planning, analyse revenue by channels and report profitability to drive, monitor and improve performance.

- Assess cost data for restaurants, identify potential revenue leakage areas, with recommendations and action plans to address issues for low performing restaurants. Review direct costs on monthly basis to reduce wastages.

- Establish Key productivity metrics aligned with business priorities with clear control mechanism in each function. Create reporting dashboards around key business metrics and capital expenditure.

- Drive Business process changes that result in margin improvements, with tracking and visibility in shared dashboards/business tools.

- Manage investor relations by using financial and business acumen to build business plans and make presentations to the Board. Adept with financial systems, advanced MS Excel functions, and other BI tools to work with large data sets.

- Assist Head-Finance in driving cross functional projects across the organisation.

- Preparing concise documents, tailored to various levels of stakeholders, and collaborating with operations' leaders and other teams whilst mentoring and supporting junior team members
