Since then, we have grown to host several speciality brands under our umbrella, including Onitsuka Tiger - a leading Japanese fashion lifestyle brand, Provenance Gifting - a marketplace of fine food and excellent gifts, Papabubble - an artistic, youth-oriented global caramel candy brand and The Sunnyside Market which hosts a number of our thematic brands and incubates new retail concepts such as Wander and Good Vibes Only, to name a few.

We aim to grow manyfold and tell stories that inspire, celebrate individuality, and create memorable experiences through the best-in-class brands. Responsibilities:

- Identify platforms and forums for recruitment of talented individuals in support of the growth requirements for each of the brands.

- Manage a team of talent acquisitions specialists and ensure that talent is recruited per the timelines identified by the business teams.

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and prepare monthly reports on the performance metrics.

- Ownership of the hiring for key senior positions across brands and assisting in recruitment to ensure on-boarding of team members for critical projects.

- Ensure optimal usage of the company's careers page, social media, and job portals to extend the visibility of the job opportunities offered by the company.

- Identify and manage the participate in job fairs, campus recruitment and other recruitment events to maintain a robust pipeline of talented pre-qualified candidates.

- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
