Guides financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures.  Monitors the company's financial condition by conducting audits; providing information to external auditors and Directors.  Prepares budgets by establishing schedules; collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data; and recommending relevant plans of action.  Manages cost objectives by scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.  Provides information on the company's financial condition to the Directors by designing management dashboards, and preparing sales and profitability analyses.   Leads the compliance with central, state, and local legal requirements.  Manages financial and operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.  Maintains the finance team by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.  Salary range - 6-7 LPA
