Position Summary : Burger Singh, one of India's most dynamic burger chains, is on the lookout for a multifaceted Manager to join our team. With an extensive number of stores nationwide, we are the third-largest burger chain by store count. This role offers a blend of operational management, strategic planning, and executive support, providing a comprehensive exposure to the inner workings of a leading fast-food brand.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead special projects at the behest of the CEO, which could range from exploring new business ventures to process improvements.

- Play a key role in the formulation and refinement of the organization's strategic plan.

- Conduct in-depth analysis and provide recommendations to support long-term goals.

- Lead and coordinate strategic projects directly overseen by the CEO. Ensure these initiatives align with organizational objectives and are delivered effectively.

- Facilitate collaboration across different departments, ensuring strategic alignment and efficient execution of initiatives.

- Organize and manage strategic planning sessions.

- Assist the CEO in managing relationships with key external stakeholders, including partners, investors, and industry leaders.

- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions and identify new opportunities.

- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for strategic initiatives. Provide regular updates to the CEO and relevant stakeholders.

- Assist the CEO in managing and responding to critical business challenges and crises, ensuring a strategic and coordinated approach.

Essential skills :

- Excellent multi-tasking skills, with the ability to manage additional executive responsibilities.

- A robust analytical and strategic mindset, with exceptional organizational skills.

- A mandatory MBA from a prestigious institution.

- Prior experience of working with C level executives.

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a high-growth startup environment.
