Position: 1 Job Description:- 1. Managing supply chain operations of the company with the ultimate goal of establishing industry leadership. 2. Overseeing demand forecasting and supply chain planning as in line with annual and monthly business plans of the company. Managing all operations to realize the strategic objectives and targets of the company while maintaining quality and cost standards. 3. Directing and supervising the functioning and smooth operations of all the departments reporting to the position. Analyzing the Forecast received from Sale and driving the consequent Production &amp; Package Plans annually and monthly. 4. Driving the Sales &amp; Operation Planning (S&amp;OP) meeting with all stake holder regularly. Ensuring seamless logistics operations. 5. Doing capacity planning and management for building necessary infrastructure for efficient supply chain flow. 6. Finalizing selection and empanelment of vendors after necessary verification and negotiations. 7. Ensuring Inventory Management of finished goods to reduce inventory costs/ Ensuring adherence to company strategic plans on all budgetary targets while executing all other duties and responsibilities expected from the job. 8. Continuously identifying opportunities for technology and process related up gradation/innovation with a view to enhancing supply chain efficiencies 9. Participating in industry forums and maintains formal and informal contacts with industry organizations with a view to maintaining a track of latest industry trends in supply chain and logistics issues. Skills required (Technical, soft skills, specific tools, personality traits) - Problem Solving &amp; Leadership quality. - Aptitude with strong analytical skills is essential. Have good reporting skills (MS Office, Excel, PPT) - Should be able to think unconventionally, outside of the regular. - Execution oriented - getting things done on ground. Has a go-getter attitude. - Obsession to quality. - Passionate and owns up proactively. - Has effectively managed a large team in the past and is objective approach towards goal-setting and monitoring. Desired Candidate Profile: - Experience: 3-6 years in supply chain management. Qualification : Any Graduation /Post graduation
