Position Summary: Burger Singh, one of India's most dynamic burger chains, is on the lookout for a multifaceted Business Operations Manager to join our team. With an extensive number of stores nationwide, we are the third-largest burger chain by store count. This role offers a blend of operational management, strategic planning, and executive support, providing a comprehensive exposure to the inner workings of a leading fast-food brand.

Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate franchise onboarding while managing a broad spectrum of executive tasks from the CEO's office.

- Drive the operational readiness of new franchises, ensuring adherence to strict timelines for a seamless store launch.

- Handle a diverse range of duties, from real estate analysis and market exploration to formulating incentive policies and enhancing investor relations.

- Lead initiatives in human resources, including the design and implementation of incentive schemes.

- Play a pivotal role in fundraising efforts, liaising with current and prospective investors.

- Analyze data and develop strategies to support both onboarding procedures and overarching company goals.

- Work closely with senior management to provide insights and input on strategic business decisions.

Essential Skills:

- Strong leadership and delivery capabilities, with an emphasis on operational excellence and effective team management.

- Excellent multi-tasking skills, with the ability to oversee up to 50 store setups while managing additional executive responsibilities.

- A robust analytical and strategic mindset, with exceptional organizational skills.

Qualifications:

- A mandatory MBA from a prestigious institution.

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a high-growth startup environment.
