Required Skillsets: - Educational Background: Hold an MBA from one of the top 8 Marketing Colleges. - Work Experience: Boast a minimum of 3-4 years of pertinent work experience. - Analytical Skills: Exhibit strong mathematical and analytical prowess, leveraging data-driven insights for informed strategic decision-making. - Marketing Expertise: Display experience in performance marketing. Familiarity with platforms like Swiggy and Zomato is beneficial but not mandatory. - Collaboration: Demonstrate the ability to work alongside cross-functional teams to conceptualize and implement strategic initiatives. - Innovation: Offer innovative ideas to improve business processes and enhance market presence.
