Manager - HR Tech
Primary responsibilities include:
- Implementation of recruitment platform, thereby introducing various workflows and inserting policies of BK in the system.
- Handling enhancements and bugs for various modules of HRMS system such as introducing Job Description, PMS process, Background verification integration, introducing various concepts as per the policies of BK.
- Handling new requirements with proper documentation and taking care of change request flow, including workflow definition, BRD development, creation of SOPs, approvals from stakeholders, process flow/policy validation, security maintenance, unit testing, newly enabled workflow training.
- Designing and maintaining system configurations and specifications and collaborates with corporate functional and technical teams to review, research and recommend updates and fixes for tool.
- Develop, test and implement new custom reports and periodically audit existing reports and managing the inventory of all reports and documenting relevance to system stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide support to RHRs.
- Perform data cleansing activities and audits.
- Seek input from all users of the system for developments and enhancements of the system and system related processes.
- Ensure receipt of 100% audit clearance.
- Monitor failure of integration and ensure data accuracy in all the target systems.
- Manages permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users.
- Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technology.
- Prepares reports and HR dashboard, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadership.
Key Skills:
- Working knowledge of software development life cycles methodologies
- Ability to engage and deliver on multiple concurrent activities.
- Ability to propose innovative solutions by implementing emerging technologies to solve business problems and enhance user experience
