Finance Manager (Chartered Accountants)


Key Responsibilities :


1. Cost and Revenue Controlling - Ensure that there are no revenue leakages and to review overhead cost at store level to ensure cost optimization. Also to ensure financial controls at store level are working effectively and efficiently through timely store visit and reviewing internal audit reports working along the Internal Control team.

2. Business Analysis and MIS - To work and analyze Consumption Cost vis- vis per recipe theoretical cost and provide insights on waste to management for decision making, to review GP margin and delivery cost at store level and provide necessary insights to Operation team for decision making, to prepare timely reports and business insights pertaining to growing delivery business and working with HOD to improve efficiency here.

3. Receivable Management - To ensure timely receipt from Delivery Partners and ensuring timely closure of Reconciliation Statement, further ensuring that there is daily cash and card settlement of all stores with daily review of exception report and ensuring timely recoverability of the said balances from stores. Weekly order level reconciliation between Aggregator, Billing and third party order management dashboard.

4. Monthly MIS - Ensure timely accounting and closure of MIS around the relevant areas which includes, but not limited to, COGS, delivery cost, finance cost, supply chain cost. Working closely with planning team to track Gross profit on regular basis and give inputs with relevant analytics around wastage, recipe, delivery cost, primary and secondary distribution cost, product cost etc.

5. Daily Work Management - To review the work done by third party accounts and transaction processing team (20+ staff) on daily basis to ensure that work is not hampered. Further acting as a coordinator between Processing team and Operation team for resolving any open issues.

6. IT Automation - Working on automation solution to ensure faster analysis and controlling. Actively work in dashboard development for relevant areas.

7. Petty Cash Management - Weekly monitoring of the petty cash expenses at store level and highlighting any abnormality noticed to Operation Market Managers and ensuring proper resolution.

8. Audit Management - To engage with Auditors for providing necessary data and ensuring proper resolution of the queries raised by them

9. Raw Material Payable Management - Managing Vendor Accounts, MSME Compliances, Reconciliation closure, Resolving Key Issues.

10. Liasioning - Liasioning inside and outside the organization to ensure smooth functioning of cost and revenue function. It includes working on commercials and closing agreements with different stakeholders.
