Role Title : AVP - Marketing Communication  Location : Mumbai   Reporting to : Chief Marketing Officer   Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities :  - Developing & executing National Marketing ATL & BTL communication across various media - TV, Print, Radio, Outdoor etc.  - Custodian of the brand voice and execution across all touch point.  - Designing the brand communication basis aligned strategy in order to meet the objectives of footfalls and sales.  - Design and implement 360 degree campaign plans and brand activation programs to drive sales and footfalls.  - Create plans for new market and new store launches including media plans, activations.  - Develop and execute the PR strategy to drive disruptive brand programs and calendar initiatives in partnership with the agencies and internal stakeholders.  - Monitor, review and report on all merchandising and promotion activity.  - Liaise with Operations and finance team to align them for the brand objectives for the month / quarter.  - Regularly track and monitor customer perception and improve metrics in partnership with the Insights / Research team.  Qualification : Full time MBA from premier institutes  Preferred Industry : FMCG, Retail, QSR, Telecom
