Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities :
- Administration of the complete payroll process for over 3000 employees in liaison with the payroll partner.
- Respond to salary queries from team, internal customers.
- Finalize state wise statements pertaining to PF, ESI, PT, LWF & Income Tax and ensure periodic remittances to the necessary Govt. offices & filing of returns as per the specified timeliness and guidelines.
- Liaison with Compliance Consultants to ensure all labour & statutory compliances are adhered at all the store and office locations.
- Manage HR provisions & budgets for compensation, benefits, and variable incentives payouts.
- Preparation and issuance of various letters viz. offer & appointment letters, transfer letters etc.
- Provide timely inputs for actuarial valuations for Gratuity & Leaves.
- Front face Audits - both Internal and Statutory/ Payroll Audits.
- Conduct checks & audits on various key HR backend processes and procedures.
- Implement HR Process audit recommendations as per plan.
- Provide inputs for Group Insurance Management (Mediclaim, Personal Accident, GTL)
- Maintain HR MIS and publish HR dashboards.

Qualification : MBA
